Emergency Accommodation
NextGen provides immediate, safe, and trauma-informed accommodation for children and young people in crisis situations, including after-hours and emergency placements. Our goal is to offer a stable, nurturing environment during moments of uncertainty or transition, ensuring every young person feels secure and cared for from the moment they arrive.
We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with a dedicated team of trained youth workers who deliver consistent care, supervision, and emotional support. Each staff member is equipped to manage complex situations calmly and professionally, prioritising the safety and wellbeing of every individual in our care.
Our approach focuses on stabilisation and emotional regulation, helping children and young people develop trust and confidence as they navigate challenging circumstances. By creating structure and predictability, we support them in regaining a sense of normalcy and self-worth.
NextGen works in close collaboration with the Department of Child Safety, caseworkers, and guardians to ensure every placement aligns with the child’s individual care plan, safety requirements, and long-term goals.
In addition to accommodation, we provide transport assistance, daily living support, and therapeutic engagement, promoting overall wellbeing and continuity of care.

Youth Support
NextGen provides 24/7 youth support, transport, and supervised contact services for children and young people across all levels of care. Our services are designed to deliver consistent, compassionate, and trauma-informed support — whether it’s through daily mentoring, safe and reliable transport, or structured family contact visits.
We offer Category 1, 2, and 3 care, tailored to meet each child’s individual needs, behaviours, and developmental goals. From low-level support and routine supervision to complex behavioural and emotional care, our team ensures that every young person receives the appropriate level of attention, structure, and guidance to thrive in their environment.

NDIS
NextGen provides individualised NDIS support designed to help participants achieve their personal goals, build independence, and improve their overall quality of life. We understand that every person’s journey is unique, which is why our services are flexible and tailored to meet the specific needs, abilities, and aspirations of each participant.
Our team offers assistance with community access, daily living, and transport, ensuring participants are supported in maintaining routines, engaging in meaningful activities, and connecting with their community. Whether it’s help with personal care, attending appointments, or developing life skills, we work closely with participants and their families to create a plan that promotes growth, confidence, and empowerment.
All supports are delivered by compassionate, and person-centred staff who are committed to fostering dignity, respect, and trust.
